Yin Yoga (90 minutes)
This deeply restorative workshop begins with a grounding 90-minute Yin Yoga practice. You’ll be guided through a carefully curated sequence of floor-based poses designed to target specific meridians (energy channels), stimulating the internal organs to support overall well-being. Holding each pose for up to five minutes allows for a gentle yet effective stretch, rehydrating and revitalizing the connective tissues around the joints to enhance mobility. With ample time for the nervous system to fully unwind, you'll be guided seamlessly into a blissful state—perfectly prepared to receive the healing vibrations of the Sound Bath.
Sound Bath (30 minutes)
Experience deep relaxation and rejuvenation through this magical sound bath, where the soothing resonance of crystal bowls, the grounding vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, and the rhythmic heartbeat of the buffalo drum harmonise to create deep tranquillity. Drift with the calming tides of the ocean drum, be uplifted by the ethereal tones of Koshi and meditation chimes and surrender to the expansive sound waves of the Meinl wind gong and more.
